On Saturday afternoon, President Biden was observed on a beach near Rehoboth Beach, Delaware.
Biden was photographed going along the beach at 3 p.m. on Saturday afternoon, when a private plane breached restricted airspace near the president’s beach residence.
Around 1:00 pm, President Biden was evacuated to a fire station when a small aircraft entered the restricted airspace over his home in Rehoboth Beach.
After the aircraft was identified, Biden was escorted to a neighboring fire station.
A tiny white plane buzzed near Biden’s home followed by two military-style jets scrambling and heading into the area.
According to Snyder, President Biden and Jill Biden stayed in the SUV when it was parked inside the fire station garage. He also noted that the fire service has previously practiced with the Secret Service in case the president has to be transferred.
A small private plane enters restricted airspace, all indications are by mistake, and precautionary measures were taken, a White House spokesman told the White House press. “There was no threat to the President or his family.”
